Our story

As a software engineer, I am committed to inhancing performance, reducing redundancy, optimizing workflows, and minimizing costs. In my experience working with both large enterprises and small companies, I have noticed that engineers often end up answering repetitive customer service inquiries. I saw this as a problem and started looking for solutions. I explored IBM Waston, Dialogflow, Azure Bot, Zendesk, and many other Chatbots, Despite their success, these techniques necessitate additional development efforts from engineers, which can be time-intensive. As a mathematics enthusiast and major in this field, I've begun developing a chatbot model using machine learning algorithms. And tested it successfully on a sample of data. However, I was eager to apply it to more complex data and find ways to help companies reduce their costs. In May 2022, I presented my idea to my friends, Dr. Hou and Dr. Ding, who are experts in NLP algorithms. With their help, we were able to optimize the model and test it on several large datasets, yielding positive results. Over the course of ten months, we worked tirelessly to develop and refine our AI chatbot, which is now a customizable, scalable, pluggable, and secure product. As of March 2023, our first version of the chatbot is live and ready to help companies reduce their costs by automating repetitive customer service inquiries. We look forward to seeing an increasing number of companies benefit from the Gemini AI chatbot.
