Once we receive your data, we'll train your chatbot within an hour. Once your chatbot is trained and ready, we'll send you a personalized link via email. All you need to do is properly refer this link on your website, and your customer service chatbot will be activated.

Do I need to pay someone to set it up?

No, you don't need to pay any setup fee to anyone, all you need to pay is monthly subscribed fee.

Can I set it up myself?

Curently,you only need minimum human assistance to get it up, there are a few ClickOps steps need to be done by us internally for you. In near future, we will automated the whole process.

Can I get help to onboard?

Yes, you can. As early users before the automation process is ready, you can always get our engineer help to onboard.

How do I continue to teach the bot once I have started using it?

To continue to teach the bot, you need to update the Q&A to us, we will help to retrain your personalized AI model. And yes, it is free to update. In near future, you can update the your data from user portal.

Can I see a list of questions that real users have asked the bot and the answers given?

We haven't recorded user input so far, but that is good feedback, we are considering to add this feature in future, if more clients has same requrements.
